A lovely cosy modern boathouse close to a beautiful village and short drive to Amsterdam. Will be perfect for a couple or a small family. Great modern amenities and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Loved the little decorative touches done for Christmas!

  Beautiful boat house. Marzieh welcomed us with gorgeous fresh flowers all over the house. There was coffee and tea for our use, and the house was clean and warm and welcoming. Marzieh was very responsive. We loved our stay there and would definitely be back!

  Super clean! Entire place—bedding, mattresses, bathrooms, floors, etc. were super, SUPER CLEAN, and I am really focused on this wherever I stay!

For my quick overnight layover, I needed a place that was close to the airport without feeling like that was the case. I’d never stayed on a houseboat before, and this was an amazing introduction.

Marzieh’s houseboat is located on a dock (think of the dock as the sidewalk) in a little harbor in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

Note: for someone with limited mobility or vision, they might need assistance walking on the dock (which is maybe 1.8 meters wide and maybe 0.5 meters above the water) or walking down the interior stairs to the bedrooms.

The spot was really cozy and comfortable. Feels entirely newly renovated, porch/patio is very peaceful with a calming view. Large bed was quite comfortable. 15 mins from AMS Schiphol airport.

Marzieh was also very friendly, flexible, hospitable, and responsive. I hope to be back again! Thanks!

  Marzieh was an incredible host and the stay was beyond what I had expected. She had all the perfect amenities and I would have love to stay longer. I will absolutely be staying here again if I’m ever back in the area. I highly suggest booking here!

  We had a wonderful stay at the boat house. It was very peaceful and the views were spectacular. It was a nice experience overall.
