As a couple, we were looking for a quiet, cozy and unique apartment in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area. Marzieh's houseboat really fulfilled the high bars: modern, clean, cozy, special and equipped with everything you need. We were able to park our car free of charge close to the houseboat and within a 30 minute drive we were able to explore various beaches, the city of Haarlem, Amsterdam and Utrecht. Aalsmeer itself is a lovely small village and offers beautiful nature, small cafes, restaurants and a great supermarket. 10/10 & highly recommend staying here!

  Beautiful boat house. Marzieh welcomed us with gorgeous fresh flowers all over the house. There was coffee and tea for our use, and the house was clean and warm and welcoming. Marzieh was very responsive. We loved our stay there and would definitely be back!

  Lovely houseboat in one of the nicest locations in Aalsmeer. Very close to Shiphol and yet super cozy and relaxing . Amazing view from the balcony onto the lake and all amenities you need!

  Spotlessly clean houseboat with an amazing view over the lake. High end appliances and modern styling & lighting give the place a very luxury feel, and nice thoughtful touches such as flowers and free coffee, toilet rolls etc.
Feels very big inside, and looks very small outside. Lovely terrace to enjoy the sunsets.
Great and friendly communications with the owner and we had a really lovely weekend. Would definitely return...

  We had a wonderful time at this lovely houseboat. Self-check-in made it easy to arrive at any time we wanted and communication with Marzieh was always friendly and swift. The place is perfectly equipped for a longer stay including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo. You could even work from Airbnb, the Wifi had around 10mbs+ download speed. Highly recommended, we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

  We absolutely loved staying on Marzieh’s house boat. We were coming to explore Amsterdam but it was very easy to Uber into the city (roughly 25 minutes) and then come back and relax away from everything. It was a 15 min walk into the little town from the houseboat which was fun exploring and so easy to do. The place was spotless and had everything you needed. I would absolutely stay here again when I return.
